Communication is the most powerful tool to build successful relationships in our professional lives, with partners, bosses, colleagues and clients, and in our personal lives. In this lively session we will explore:
- Why communication is so tricky
- How to listen so others will share openly and honestly with you
- How to be heard and understood
- The filters and obstacles to good communication
- How to manage triggers (both our own and that of others)
- How to disengage from power-struggles
